Head of Maritime and Mediterranean Economy Department at SRM (Research Centre related to the Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, www.sr-m.it). Scientific supervisor of the Observatory on Maritime Transports and Logistics, and of the Observatory on Mediterranean Economy. He has conducted many researches on the economy of the sea, ports, airports, interports, railways, logistics, infrastructure, in collaboration with research centers and international universities. He has been invited speaker at numerous scientific conferences, meetings and seminars nationally and internationally. He has authored of scientific essays and articles published in scientific and technical journals. He coordinates the SRM’s magazine: Dossier EU. Member of Scientific Commitee of SOSLog Association (www.sos-logistica.org). He is also member of the Italian Association of Transport Economics (SIET).
