Artaş Group, Aydınlı Group, e Keleşoğlu İnşaat – the leading companies of the construction sector – are building Turkey’s most important mixed-use living project, Vadistanbul, in Ayazaga (Maslak), an area that is new center of Istanbul.

The project is being realized through a 2 billion-Turkish Lira investment, excluding the value of the building plot.

Vadistanbul, which brings together the BelgradeForest in the north of Istanbul with Maslak, has been designed by İki Design, the award winning architectural office of Turkey, and SOM Architecture, the American company which has signed its name to world renowned projects.

The project, which is comprised of 3 parcels of land and will be made up of 3 separate stages, will be developed on a total area of 424 thousand square meters of land, which will contain 3 thousand homes, a 55 thousand square meter shopping center, and 28 thousand square meters of outlets on a 760 meter long street, restaurants and cafes, office areas and 4 and 5 star hotels, which will possess a total area of 240 thousand square meters and 48 thousand square meters.

The first phase at Vadistanbul project, which stands out as Turkey’s largest industrial and urban transformation project, and which is nested within nature, is comprised of a total of 1.100 homes in 8 blocks. The targeted completion date is November 2014.

The second stage, the north of the valley, which is scheduled to be completed at the June 2016, transforms the entire project into a unique concept with the functions it contains. This stage, the heart of the project, will cover high-equipped office spaces on 180 thousand m2 space, shopping malls, street stores, and five-star hotels.

The third and last stage comprises 1,200 housing units and 100 thousand square meters office spaces and commercial space.

Vadistanbul, once all of the stages within the project have been completed, will house around 35 thousand people in a construction area owned by Evyap of 1 million 100 thousand square meters, will contain entertainment areas, terraced houses, luxury residences, offices, shopping streets, cafeteria, hotels and shopping centers.

Will be also a residential center which is able to offer easy access in each direction, with its TEM main road, an airport and a third bridge connecting routes. In particular, within the project, the first private metro station of Turkey will pass through Vadistanbul, and will be linked to the metro network of the city.

The project will make a great contribution to the development of the environment with the moving of the industrial areas within the region. The property project, which has been undertaken at a point which is nested within nature, features unique views of the SadabadRiver and also possesses an unequaled characteristic, the Sadabad Stream, which carries the clean water of the Bosphorus and flows through the project from one end to the other, a natural stream which flows through Vadistanbul.

Vadistanbul will become the most valuable and elite location of Istanbul within three years, a remarkably profitable property project, a great value for the region, and to the Turkish construction sector in the international arena.

Artaş Group, Aydınlı Group, e Keleşoğlu İnşaat – aziende leader del settore delle costruzioni – stanno costruendo in Turchia il più importante progetto residenziale ad uso misto, Vadistanbul, in Ayazaga (Maslak), una zona destinata a diventare il nuovo centro di Istanbul.

Il progetto sarà realizzato attraverso un investimento di 2 miliardi di Lire turche, escluso il valore del terreno edificabile.

Vadistanbul, che collega la Belgrade Forest al nord di Istanbul attraverso Maslak, è stata progettata da İki Design, premiato studio di architettura della Turchia, e da SOM Architecture, società americana che ha firmato progetti di fama mondiale.

Il progetto, che è costituito da 3 lotti di terreno e sarà articolato in 3 fasi distinte, si svilupperà su una superficie complessiva di 424 mila mq che ospiterà 3.000 unità abitative, un centro commerciale di 55.000 mq, e 28.000 mq di outlets su una via lunga 760 m, ristoranti e caffè, spazi per uffici e hotel a 4-5 stelle, che avranno a disposizione una superficie complessiva rispettivamente di 240.000 mq e di 48.000 mq.

La prima fase del progetto Vadistanbul – che si caratterizza come il più grande progetto di trasformazione industriale e urbana della Turchia, situato a stretto contatto con la natura – prevede la costruzione di circa 1.100 abitazioni organizzate in 8 blocchi. La data di completamento prevista è novembre 2014.

La seconda fase, a nord della valle, che si prevede sarà completata entro giugno 2016, trasforma l’intero progetto in un concetto unico con le funzioni in esso contenute. Questa fase, che è il cuore del progetto, comprenderà spazi altamente attrezzati per uffici su 180.000 mq, shopping mall, vie commerciali, e alberghi 5 stelle.

La terza e ultima fase comprende 1.200 unità abitative e 100.000 mq di spazi per uffici e attività commerciali.

 

Vadistanbul, una volta completate tutte le fasi del progetto, sarà in grado di ospitare circa 35 mila persone su un’area edificabile di proprietà di Evyap estesa su 1.100.000 mq, che ospiterà aree di intrattenimento, case a schiera, residenze di lusso, uffici, vie dello shopping, caffetterie, alberghi e centri commerciali.

Sarà inoltre un centro residenziale in grado di offrire un facile accesso da tutte le direzione, attraverso una strada principale (TEM), un aeroporto e un terzo ponte di collegamento. In particolare, nell’ambito del progetto, la prima stazione privata della metropolitana della Turchia passerà attraverso Vadistanbul, e sarà collegata alla rete metropolitana urbana.

Il progetto darà un forte contributo in termini di sviluppo dell’ambiente mediante lo spostamento delle aree industriali all’interno della regione. Il progetto immobiliare, situato in un ambito del territorio a stretto contatto con la natura, offre una vista unica sul fiume Sadabad e possiede inoltre una caratteristica ineguagliabile, la Sadabad Stream, che porta acqua pulita proveniente dal Bosforo e che scorre all’interno dell’area di progetto da un punto all’altro, un corso d’acqua naturale che attraversa Vadistanbul.

Vadistanbul diventerà il luogo più prezioso ed elitario di Istanbul in un arco temporale di tre anni, un progetto immobiliare straordinariamente redditizio, un grande valore per la regione e per il settore delle costruzioni turco sulla scena internazionale.
