Lawyer, member of the firm Perez Segura Asociados since 1995 and currently managing partner. Expert in Public Law, especially in the areas of Urban Planning and Territorial Planning. Professor in different Masters and Courses related to Urban Planning, Territorial Planning, Environmental Law, Administrative Contracting and Local Regime. Editor of numerous urban plans and projects in Spain, mainly in the area of the Valencian Community. Since March 2018, he shares his professional activity with the President of the Institute of Economic Studies of the Province of Alicante (INECA), a private non-profit organization dedicated to analyzing and studying the economic reality of the Province of Alicante.
