Master in management of real estate business Icade/Icai - works as Master Planning & Urban design practice leader for ARUP in Europe Region. His professional practice in the urban environment includes managing multidisciplinary teams, including master planning, urban design, landscaping, civil engineering, environmental and legal/financial aspects. He has completed more than 25 master plans in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, United States and Central Asia. Member of RETE Scientific Committee. Member of RETE Scientific Flavio is responsible for a new method of city development, approaching the socioeconomic and environmental challenges of XXI century territories from an innovative perspective.
