Carlo Gasparrini (Naples, 1955) is architect and Full Professor of Urbanism at the University of Naples “Federico II”. He has member of the National Directing Council of National Association of Historical and Artistic Centers and of the National Institute of Urbanism and he has held important positions in National Public Commissions. He has been the author and co-author of numerous books, essays and articles published in national and international specialist periodicals on innovative urban planning themes, as well as on urban and landscape projects. He conduces professional activity as author of studies and urban, territorial and landscape plans and projects for public administrations, among which the new City plan of Rome
