Alcindo Fernandes Gonçalves

Ingenier, MSc and PhD in Political Science. IPAT – Instituto de Pesquisas A Tribuna.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1974), MA in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (1992) and PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (1997). He is currently Coordinator of IPAT - The Tribune Research Institute and professor of the Post-graduate studies in law at the Catholic University of Santos - Masters and PhD. Has experience in the field of Political Science and International Law, acting on the following subjects: Global Governance and International Regimes, Electoral Studies and Political Behavior, Political Institutions, Human Rights, Regional Development and Environment.
