Architect, since 2003 he is partner at Extrastudio (www.extrastudio.pt), a Lisbon based architecture office with projects of public space and waterfronts, currently developing the project for the marina building and the masterplan for the waterfront of the city of Horta, in the Azores Islands. From 2014 to 2017 and from 2005 to 2010 he was member of the board of the South Section of the Portuguese Architects Association (Ordem dos Arquitectos) where he was mainly responsible for architecture competitions. He was consultant on the competition for the new Lisbon Cruise Terminal in 2010, currently undergoing construction. Post-graduate degree in Architecture, Coimbra University (2005). Degree in Architecture, Lisbon Technical University (2001).
