Degree in Architecture in 2010 and Ph.D. in Transport Planning in 2017, both at University of Catania, with a thesis on Sustainability of port systems in urban areas. Evaluation of non-motorized accessibility in the port/city interface areas. She collaborated with the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture (DICAR) of University of Catania in several projects. Her background is in sustainable mobility, transport planning and management especially maritime transport, port-city relationship, port accessibility. Is currently Post-Doc researcher at DICAR of Catania and President of the Sicily Section in the Italian Association for Traffic and Transport Engineering.
