He has performed numerous works of conservation and restoration of the architectural heritage in Cartagena de indias, Barranquilla and Santa Marta, Mompox, Villa de Leyva, Colombia. He has received four National Architecture Awards in the category of restoration, works carried out in Cartagena. Teacher at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in which he served as Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Director of the Specialization in Conservation and Restoration of the Architectural Heritage. Member of the Colombian Society of Architect, the Academy of the Cartagena History, ICOMOS-Colombia, among others.
