Patrick Haughey is a professor of architectural history at Savannah College of Art and Design. He teaches architecture and urban history from aglobal perspective as well as courses on economics, documentation, and film and the city. He uses a multidisciplinary approach to architectureand landscapes in order to critique and teach sites and systems of global history. His current research focuses on the fragility of nativearchitectures in the Americas and the legacies of colonialism in the present. He also teaches studio, rendering and drawing for the Interior Designand Architecture Departments.
