Mr. Mohamed Ouanaya, State Engineer from the National School of Bridges and Roads (Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, ENPC) in Paris. He received his Master in Urban Planning and Project Management from the same school in 1987. To complete his training in the field of Management, MrOUANAYA completed the advanced cycle of management at ISCAE (Superior Institute of Commerce and Business Administration) in Casablanca in 1998. Well known by his rich experience, competence and professionalism during his long career of 28 years, first in France for 5 years as a design engineer and project engineer in Paris and Lyon, and Morocco for 23 years where he initially joined the management team of CGI of the group CDG and worked as a General Director of its subsidiary, the technical study office. Mr Ouanaya contributed to the design, management and execution of major nationwide programs affecting real estate areas, touristic and urban development, industrial and environmental such as: real estate projects, hotels, resorts, golf resorts, and multifunctional centers and offices. In January 2014, Mr Ouanaya founded the club PPP Morocco in partnership with the PPP France and MedAfrique clubs to promote this new form of public control and popularize the practice of Public Private Partnership contract. In February 2014, Mr.Ouanaya was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Tangier Port Conversion Company (SAPT).
