Doctor in History specialized in the historical dynamics of port cities, integration and regional development. He is a Researcher of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Investigations of the Argentine Republic. He directs the History Nucleus of the Regional Port Cities of IDEHESI-CONICET. Member of the Center of Port Studies of the Administrator Entity of the Port of Rosario. Postgraduate professor at the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad del Salvador. Member of the National Academy of the History of Argentina, and of the Academy of the Sea.
