Architect, holder of a diploma in Urban Planning from the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. The French Government awarded her with training scholarships in 1976 and 1984. She is author of an ample scope of articles and she has obtained prizes and honors in urban projects. She was professor at the Schools of Architect and Urbanism of the University of La Plata and the University of Buenos Aires. Besides, she has leaded the Postgraduate Workshop of Urban Economy for the Torcuato Di Tella University. Among other functions, she worked as Director of the Recup-Boca Program (1984-1992), Consultant of the Environmental Urban Plan of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (1999-2002), Deputy Secretary of Public Spaces and Urban Development (2002-2003) and Deputy Secretary of Planning of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (2003-2006). Nowadays, she is Consultant of the Professional Association of Architecture and Urbanism (CPAU, as per its Spanish initials), she is Director of the AMBA CPAU Metropolitan Observatory, and she presides over the Commission of Urbanism and Environment of the CPAU.
