Javier Sánchez Rojas is the Chairman of Confederación de Empresarios de la provincial de Cádiz (Entrepreneurs) since January 2012. The organization represents more than 19,000 companies through 150 territorial and sectoral associations as the most representative employers’ organization, covering all sectors of the economy. He joined the position after more than 25 years in the organization, first as general secretary and, later, as executive vice president. He is also vice president of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia. Bachelor in Labor Relations from the University of Granada, and senior technician in Industrial Relations (University of Alcalá de Henares) he also complete Senior Management program at the San Telmo International Institute (Seville). He has managed own companies in various sectors: telecommunications, real estate development, etc. Actually, he is Member of the Management Board of Airtificial. Javier Sánchez Rojas continually appeals to the institutional, social and political consensus to take advantage of the province's potential, its strategic geographical location, climate, etc. Defending and representing entrepreneurs in the province from the CEC, an influential and reference organization in Cádiz’s province.
