Specialist Urban Composition from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania. He is currently professor and researcher at the Department of Evaluation of Design in Time, and Head of research area of Architecture and Urbanism International. He has participated in several research projects such as: "Urban Design Qualities in Mexican Low Income Housing"; "Elements for the study of urban image", "City Expansion and Transformation". Author of "The reading of the urban image," and "Mathias Goeritz, visual education and work", published by the Department of Evaluation of Design in Time of the Autonomous Metropolitan University, Azcapotzalco.
