Course on Management and Port Direction (IESE Business School, Navarra University). As Provincial Coastal Chief of Almeria, he made and directed many of the major Seaside Promenades projects of the Province of Almeria (Camino de Ribera and Zapillo Second Phase of Almeria City, Villaricos, Vera, Mojacar, Adra, and others), as well as Beach Regeneration projects (Garrucha, Mojacar and El Zapillo). As Head of Planning of the Port Authority of Almeria (previously Almería-Motril), he led the development and expansion of the Ports of Motril (until 2005) and Almeria.
