As head of the Planning and Infrastructure Area of the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB), he leads the teams and activities of Strategic Planning, Physical Planning, Projects and Works, Infrastructure Conservation, Maritime Signals, General Services and Information Systems and ICT Infrastructures . He joined the APB in March 2005. Previously, he began his professional career at the Ferrovial company. He is a Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and has completed the Management Development Program at the Instituto de Empresa. He is currently Vice Dean of the College of Civil Engineers, Canals and Ports of the Balearic Islands. He has extensive experience in port engineering and planning, has been a speaker at more than 20 conferences, has published several articles in specialized magazines and is co-author of 2 books on port issues.
