Víctor Manuel Jiménez Serrano, born in Ceuta in 1967, with studies in Law beginning his career at the Port Authority of Ceuta working in different departments until, in 1999, he became the Commercial and Marketing Manager of this entity. Víctor is the person in charge of managing the different traffics at the Port, as well as he is responsible for making contacts with new companies and promoting the Port facilities in the international events. He also manages the press and communication matters at the Port. Víctor was also representative of the Port Authority of Ceuta in MedCruise and he participated in the Board of Directors when the Port Authority of Ceuta occupied the vice president seat of the aforementioned association from 2008 to 2011.
