Ricardo TRIGO PAVEZ

Construction Engineer, University of La Serena (2002), Master in Senior Public Management from the Universidad Mayor (2009). With more than 15 years of experience in the development, management and control of port infrastructure projects, he has served as Regional Director of the Directorate of Port Works in the Atacama, Coquimbo and Los Ríos regions, as well as Project Manager in various projects of maritime port engineering, Fiscal Inspector of works and in the development of models of bidding, contracting and evaluation of projects and technical inspection of works. Currently, he is the National Director of Port Works at the Ministry of Public Works of Chile.
