Doctor in Economics and Commerce and auditing University of Catania (2002). PhD obtained in 2008 in "Territorial organization and sustainable development in Europe". He held the role of manager at various public bodies including the Sicilian Region. Since 2010 General Affairs Manager at the Port System Authority of the Eastern Sicilian Sea. Expert in community politics, he is a member of numerous ministerial tables on logistics issues. He participated in the drafting of the Strategic Plan Special Economic Zones of Eastern Sicily (2018).
