Ph.D in Civil Engineering (2008, 2014) and Master in Shipping Business (2010), both at the UPC-BarcelonaTech. He completes his training with different masters and postgraduate courses in Business, Project Management and Data Analytics and two international stays at TUDelft (Delft, Netherlands) and PNU (Busan, South Korea). He is mainly focused on innovation and digital transformation in the field of port logistics and maritime transport and has more than 12 years of experience, combining research, consulting and innovation projects. Currently he is coordinating the innovation office of the Algeciras Port Bay Authority and developing his career as a consultant in IDOM Consulting.
