Elena Martín Latorre

Geographer, PhD in Urban Planning. Department of Geography, urban and territorial planning, University of Cantabria, Spain.

Elena Martín is a permanent professor at the Department of Geography, Town-planning and Land use of the University of Cantabria. Currently is also Vice-rectorate for Culture, Participation and Dissemination of the university. Her main research topics have been town-planning and tourism, covered in both books of her own. She also has been involved in other 23 collective books as well as articles and papers for national and international conferences about such topics. She is a member of the R+D+i group Space and Land.
