Territorial planner specializing in strategic, urban, and port planning. He earned an international PhD (EQF 8) and a professional license (Section A - Sector B) from the University of Palermo. Since 2023, he has been working in the Technical Area of the Western Sicilian Sea Port System Authority, focusing on port planning, urban design, and institutional coordination, after working for years as a technical and scientific consultant on strategic projects for the ports of Palermo, Termini Imerese, Gela, and Trapani. At the municipal level, he is responsible for drafting and designing the General Urban Plan (PUG) and the SEA for the municipalities of Partanna and Galati Mamertino. Alongside his fieldwork, he is actively involved in academic work as a subject expert and teaching tutor in the Urban Planning and Design laboratories at the University of Palermo. He has published numerous scientific publications and won the first international Urban-Promo Giovani 8 prize in 2016.
