Territorial Planner, Ph.D. in Social Sciences, in the area of Society and Territory, from the Autonomous Metropolitan University of Mexico. Coordinator of Integrated Transport and Logistics of the Mexican Institute of Transport (IMT) and professor of the Doctorate in Maritime and Port Administration of the Center for Superior Naval Studies (CESNAV). He has a prolific production of technical studies, papers in specialized magazines, books, book chapters and presentations on the logistical, modal and territorial integration of ports and transportation systems in Mexico and Latin America. Since 1997, he joined the National System of Researchers (SNI) of CONACYT-Mexico, where he currently has the level of National Researcher III.
