Bruno Gabrielli

Professor Emeritus in Urban Planning, University of Genoa. Responsible of Scientific Committee of the Italian National Association of Historical Centres.

Bruno Gabrielli, birth in Genoa (Italy), 18 aprile 1932. Architect (IUAV Venice, 1959) and Professor Emeritus (2007) in Urban Planning University of Genoa (was professor at the IUAV, Venice and at the Polytechnic of Milan, 1976-1982). From 1997 to 2007 he was Councillor responsible for city planning at the Town Council of Genoa. President of the Italian National Association of Historical Centres (1980-2000) and now responsible of Scientific Committee. Gabrielli has participated in strategic urban planning and design for many cities (in the latest years for the cities of Bergamo, Siracusa, Sassari, Parma, Udine).
