Boris Olguín is the General Director of Public Works, role in charge of assisting the Ministry of Public Works with the technical management of the operative departments at the Minister (Roads, Airports, Ports, Water Management, Hydraulic resources, Public Architecture and Sustainable aspects within the public infrastructure). He has extensive experience in the Ministry of Public Works, especially in the National Directorate of Airports. By profession he is an Engineer and Civil Builder, Master in Government and Public Management from the University of Chile. Professional with 26 years of professional experience in different public and private organizations in the areas of engineering, administration and project management in civil works, contract administration, environmental consulting and citizen participation. In addition, he is a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso in the School of Construction and Transportation Engineering.
