The 17th edition of GreenPort Congress & Cruise will be hosted from 18-20 October 2022, by the Port of Anwerp-Bruges, Belgium.
The Congress, that brings together the whole port community – port authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, logistics operators, decision-makers – is a meeting place to both learn about and discuss the latest in sustainable development and a platform for the exchange of information on the latest environmental practices to enable, finalized to effectively implement the changes needed to reduce the carbon footprint and to be more sensitive to environmental considerations.
The edition of 2022 will cover a range of interesting themes, including fuel and energy provision for shipping and port operations (hydrogen hubs, wind farms and port electrification), partnerships and cooperation, sustainable cruise projects, hydrogen fuelled ships and legislation in the cruise industry.
