Santiago N. DÍAZ FRAILE

Graduated in Law and Psychology, with a Masters in Employment Law Advice, Santiago N. Díaz Fraile has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the port sector, having held various responsible positions in Puertos del Estado. From July 2018 to July 2020 he worked as Head of Legal Support for Port Operations and previously led Human Resources (HR) and Labor Management for the Stevedoring service. He began his career in Puertos del Estado in 1993 in the employment law department and eventually moved into HR. In addition, he has worked as Head of the stevedoring Technical Department at the Port Authority of Valencia and has been managing director of the State Society of stevedoring of this Port. He has been Managing Director at the port of Santander, since July 2020.
