With more than 15 years of experience as a project manager, transport and port operations consultant, Luis is a Ph.D in Engineering and Nautical Sciences from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an Engineer in Maritime Transport from the University of Oviedo. He is certified by PMI as a project manager and is Certified Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance. Since 2016 he is responsible for the Development of Port Business for Indra.
