Graduated from the “Almirante Miguel Grau” National Merchant Marine School with a degree in Maritime and Port Administration, Bachelor in Maritime Sciences and Master in Maritime, Port and Fisheries Administration. Expert in teamwork, with initiative, results orientation and interpersonal skills. Efficient in project management and problem solving in the maritime and port field. Since 2007, I have worked at the National Port Authority and I am currently Coordinator of the Ilo Decentralized Office, where I stand out for my ability to analyze situations related to port activity and guide compliance with current regulations, including those related to port city.
