Executor of institutional, commercial and operational government policies that have promoted a professional, committed, transparent and honest administration and exploitation as regard ports, waterways and river and maritime transport. Also leading the transformation of the administration and operation of public ports into non-state public law entities called Port Management Consortiums, within the framework of the restructuring of the Argentine port sector.
