Dr. Francisco de los Santos is Chief Information & Innovation Officer at Algeciras Port Bay Authority. His main responsibility is to lead the digital transformation of the Port and consolidate Innovation as a core business process. His focus is the integration of business, IT and innovation to reach leadership in quality of service. He is exploiting the power of Digital Platforms and Innovation to consolidate Algeciras Port as the most advanced Logistic Platform of South Europe: Intelligent, Synchromodal and Green. He is a member of several professional associations and is a frequent speaker at professional forums, in publications and Universities. He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering, an Executive Master in Telecom Management and IT, a Ph.D. in Port Engineering, and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
