Edmundo Hernández Rojas, is architect at the University of Bio Bio, Chile (1997) and Master in Urban Economics, Universidad Mayor, Chile and Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina (2006). Since he began practicing as an architect (1997), he specialized in the areas of market research, real estate consulting, planning, marketing and urban economics. He completed specializations in valuations of properties in the College of Architecture and urban management and sustainable development in ECLAC, United Nations. Since then he has played in six regions (RM; VR; VIIR; VIIIR; XR and XIR ) developing projects and studies for a large number of public, private and academic institutions, as well as the free exercise of the profession in design and construction of architectural projects .
