Tytti Sirola is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bluet Floating Solutions, and a leading expert in floating construction, waterfront concepts, and urban area development. With an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Jyväskylä, Tytti combines a pioneering vision for the engineering and development of floating residential and hospitality spaces with a strategic business acumen. Since 2016, she has driven Bluet’s concept design, project management, business development, and international expansion. Her extensive expertise spans floating pools, housing, marinas, feasibility studies, permitting, and investor/operator mapping. She has successfully led major landmark projects, including the Allas Sea Pool in Helsinki (Finland), Jubileumsparken in Gothenburg (Sweden), and the floating infinity pool at Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como (Italy). Prior to founding Bluet, she built a solid track record in real estate and project development, serving as Business Development Manager at Habita LKV, Project Director at GSP Group Oy, and Director at Marina Housing Oy. Demonstrating her leadership in the sector, she also served as the Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 2025 World Conference on Floating Solutions (WCFS).
