He is a federal public servant in the career of Infrastructure Analyst and has worked in international trade logistics and port policies for the past 14 years. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on logistics, having worked in some Brazilian public Agencies and in industrial companies in Brazil, Japan, and France. Since 2023, he has been dedicated to the «Simplified Navigation» Program and the development of Innovation Policies at the Ministry of Ports and Airports.
