Stefano Benazzo (born in 1949, Ambassador of Italy at rest). For 50 years, he has searched and photographed the remains of more than 430 wrecks of boats beached on the coasts, lakes and waterways around the world. He has made more than 40 individual exhibitions in Italy and abroad and has participated in numerous collective events. He is also a sculptor and builder of naval and architectural models. He published three books: "Wrecks / Relitti" in 2017 with Skira, "Duty of Memory: Wrecks in Greece" in 2018, "Stefano Benazzo - Wrecks 1969-2019"
