Sérgio Paulo PERRUCCI DE AQUINO

Lawyer and business administrator. Master's student at São Paulo University (USP) in “Port Modernization and Information Technology”. Specialized in Strategic Planning and Economic and Financial Planning from the Open University of New York. Member of the Port Authority Council of the Port of Santos (CAP) since 1998, he also chaired the body between 2007 and 2012. He was the first Secretary of Port and Maritime Affairs of the City Hall of Santos (2005 and 2012), the first municipal Secretariat of this kind in Brazil. Founder and director of Brazilian Association of Liquid Terminals (ABTL). He was Director of Brazilian Association of Port Terminals (ABTP) and of Commercial Association of Santos (ACS).
