Santiago J. Castellà Surribas has been the President of Tarragona Port Authority since October 31, 2024. He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Degree in Political Science from the National University of Distance Education (UNED), a postgraduate degree in European and International Studies, a Master's degree in Security, Peace, and Defense from the General Gutiérrez Mellado Institute, and a PhD in International Law from the University of Barcelona. For 25 years, he has been a professor in the Department of Public Law at the Rovira i Virgili University (URV).
