Architect and Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a Master's from LSE and a PhD from Universidad de Granada. Specializes in sustainable planning and urban resilience, developing applied technologies including CAPCA, GIRA, and the MAPGUIA framework. Founder of CEROLABS UC and former director of the UC Cities Observatory and deputy director of the Institute of Urban and Territorial Studies. Former Technical Secretary of the Ministers' Committee of Cities and Territories, and National Director of Urban Projects at MINVU. Collaborates with the World Bank, IDB, and UNDP.
