Graduate in journalism and with extensive training in the field of communication and the port-logistics sector, Raquel Boy not only has a Master's Degree in Port Management and Planning and Intermodality and as well as another in Protocol and Institutional Relations, but also two decades of experience in both media relations and institutional and corporate relations. She began her career as an editor at Diario de Cádiz and joined the Cadiz Bay Port Authority in 2002, an entity in which she has held various positions of responsibility, currently serving as Head of the Department of Communication, Protocol and Institutional Relations. Her high work capacity and her organizational and leadership skills have led her to hold representative positions in international associations such as RETE, of which she is General Secretary; as well as a member of the Social Council at the University of Cádiz.
