Engineer trained at the UPC and the University of Cantabria, with a postgraduate degree in construction and project management. He began his professional career as a production manager at Comsa Emte and later served as group manager and delegate at Sorigué. From 2015 to 2019, he was the Councilor for University, Culture, and Excellence at the Vila-seca City Council, and he has served as its Mayor since 2019.
