She holds a PhD in Classical Archaeology and is an associated lecturer in History at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. A specialist in the Roman port of Tarraco, she combines the study of the ancient maritime world with research on written culture. Currently, her work also focuses on identity issues related to infant trafficking during the Francoist era.
