María del Pilar Miranda Plata is Graduated in Law from the University of Huelva and Expert in Family Mediation and Minors. She has a Master's Degree in Family Mediation with Minors by the University of Huelva. He began his professional career practicing law. For 4 years he was Councilor for Youth in the City Council de Huelva, where he also held the position of Deputy Mayor of Social Services and Youth for 16 years. He has been a spokesperson for the Municipal Group of the Popular Party in the Huelva City Council and currently holds the position of President of the Port Authority of Huelva.
