Tallyman since 1973, currently holds the Presidency of the Syndicate for the third time. He was a full member of the Port Authority Council (CAP) of Santos, representing Block III of Port Workers. He held the position of vice-president of the National Federation of Loading and Unloading Checkers and Repairers, Port Watchmen, Block Workers, Ship Organizers and Mooring Workers, in Port Activities (FENCCOVIB).
