He is the director of the Regional Infrastructure for Integration Program at the National University of Rosario (UNR) and co-founder and president of the Rosario Institute for Regional Development (IDR). He has extensive experience in public policy, regional infrastructure, port governance, and river transport, and has coordinated and authored numerous publications on development and logistics.
