Agricultural Technical Engineer from the University of Huelva (UHU), he has a Master's Degree in Senior Management of Agricultural Companies from the ETSIAM and ETEA of the University of Córdoba. He has a Diploma in various specialization courses in Senior Management such as DEA, ADECA, ADEL from the San Telmo International Institute, in addition to having participated as a tutor in several of them, as well as in courses taught by ICEX, EOI and UNACC. He is president of the Huelva Federation of Entrepreneurs (FOE), of the ASAJA-Huelva Agrarian Association and of the Andalusian Red Fruit Interprofessional Association (INTERFRESA). Likewise, he chairs the FOE Foundation, is a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia (CEA). Since 2000 he has been a Director and member of the Executive Committee of Caja Rural del Sur, where he was elected president of its Governing Council in 2017, forming part of its Foundation as patron. He chairs RSI, the IT services company for all the Cajas Rurales of Spain. He also holds different positions in as many agricultural cooperatives of a provincial and regional nature, forming part of the Boards of Directors of agro-industrial companies of a different nature. He is part of different bodies of institutional representation in the province of Huelva. In the performance of his functions and professional activities in the positions he has held and holds, he has participated in congresses, presentations, conferences and seminars throughout the national and European territory, institutionally representing the productive sectors.
