Msc. Civil Engineer. During his professional career Josep Llin has held several positions in the Department of Infraestructures of the Valencian Regional Administration, as responsible of road planning and currently in charge of Ports, Airports and Coasts. He has also been pointed representative in the regional committees of spatial planning and environmental strategic assessment. Josep is lecturer at the Civil Engineering School of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Dept. of Urban Planning - Unit of Territory, Urban Planning and Sustainability, in matters related to spatial and urban planning.
