Graduate in History. Master in Management of Historical, Archaeological and Natural Heritage (2007-2009). Master in Didactic and Interactive Museography (2010-2012). Currently, pursuing a PhD in History and Art History. Responsible for the European Funds Management Department from 2015 to the present, carrying out coordination tasks for interdisciplinary and transversal planning teams for projects linked to Urban Planning and Innovation. Currently, Deputy Mayor Delegate for Urban Planning, Public Lighting, European Funds and Innovation. Leading projects that have obtained important recognitions, such as “Algeciras City of Science and Innovation 2021”, public lighting award “Lighting Awards 2022” in the Outdoor category, “Algeciras: pilot city model and example of implementation of the Urban Agenda Local 2030” by MITMA, or the Fiware Zone 2019 “Algeciras skies” challenge, about light pollution. In addition, member of many other innovative European projects, such as the Digital Cities Challenge. Responsible for coordinating the urban planning team of the Algeciras City Council which, together with the APBA team, is developing the “Maritime Lake” project.
