Isabel Mier Pérez holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management: Music, Theater, and Dance from the Complutense University of Madrid and the General Society of Authors and Editors. She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Salamanca. She received the Honor Award from the Royal Conservatory of Madrid. In 2005, she founded Servicios de Intermediación Cultural (Cultural Intermediation Services) in Salamanca and has worked at the Santander International Festival since 2006.
