Architect and urban planner graduated from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Catholic University of Santos (2004). He has worked for the City Hall of Santos for 18 years, dedicating himself to planning, development, requalification and urban mobility studies. He coordinated the review of municipal urban legislation in light of current federal and state legislation, such as the new Master Plan and the land use and occupation law. For the City Hall, he led studies and projects linked to the partnership with Comunitas and the office of architect Jaime Lerner. At the Infrastructure and Buildings Department, he held the position of head of the Public Works Department (2012 to 2015) and head of the Planning Department (2015 to 2016), structuring the Urban Infrastructure Department. Between 2017 and 2018, he was deputy secretary at the Secretariat of Urban Development – Sedurb and from 2018 to 2020, he managed the Nova Ponta da Praia Program. He was Secretary of Urban Development from 2021 to 2024.
